It was a restful stay, the best I had before now. I truly enjoyed staying in this excellent hotel based in a historic building. The location was super and exceptional, at walking distance from a byzantine basilica museum. The staff were ready to help, fantastic service from them. The facilities were good too.

My excellent stay at Serenity Hotel was made even better by the friendly and helpful staff. The manager, who could speak English, went out of his way to accommodate us and even provided a baby bed for our son. Though the breakfast was not up to par, the clean and comfortable room, along with the daily room cleaning, made up for it. The location was excellent, with everything we needed close by. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Istanbul.

Very nice and friendly people working at the hotel, the room is very new and clean, well-equipped with comfortable bed, good shower and the view of the breakfast terrace is very good.

The shower cubicle seems to be leaking, as after the shower there was quite a lot of water on the bathroom floor. But leaking shower cubicle is a very common problem in Turkey, not really the hotel's fault.

The small hotel was safe. Affable staff and perfectly clean rooms with double bed, the bath, an aircon. Outstanding meals for breakfast. Quiet atmosphere and good service.

This hotel is a great value for the money, offering affordable prices without compromising on quality. The attention to detail is excellent, with staff members being very helpful and attentive to guests' needs. The hotel's location in a quiet and safe area provides a peaceful environment for a comfortable stay. The rooms are well-appointed, with amenities such as air conditioning, cozy double beds, and the option for a baby bed if needed. The breakfast served is a delightful spread with many varieties, including a small delicious chocolate cake.

All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory, leaving nothing to be improved on.

This hotel has splendid location. Near the main sites but in quiet place. Safe area, great and friendly hotel staff. Clean. Breakfast is very good.

The rooms are rather small.

It is very close to Blue Mosque. The Airport is 15 minutes by taxi. The room was spacious.

The surrounding is very ruined. The view from the room and the upstairs terrace is on ruined houses, roofs. However you can also see the Marble See as well. The breakfast is not very trustworthy. The bathroom was small, but that can be managed. Water came out of the shower that was more difficult.

The position of the hotel is great plus the staff is very cool and helpful. The rooms are not huge but really good looking and the breakfast includes international and local food so...no complaint!!!

The "man on the desk" was helpful. The location was within walking distance to major "sights". The breakfast was in a nearby hotel which had excellent facilities.Asked for a drink on arrival & it was provided.

We were surprised that it was a room only with no other facilities ie., lounge area. no chair in the room to compensate. At first we were unsure if facilities of other hotel were available to us untill we asked if we could use lounge & terrace for sitting to relax, staff of this hotel made us feel welcome to do this. Bathroom is very small

Everything was perfect, the staff were especially helpful and very friendly. It was in an exceptionally nice and ideal location with a functioning mosque nearby.

I had warm, comfy room with an aircon and very GOOD A/C and TV. The location was magnificent, at walking distance from Basilica Cistern. Everything was perfect, the staff were genuinely helpful and really helpful.

The hotel had a great room view and comfortable bed. The breakfast was also delicious. The location offers easy access to many famous tourist sites and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. Plus, the hotel was relatively affordable.

There was no elevator and the rooms were quite small. the bathroom amenities were lacking and not restocked.
